8-10 DAY GUIDED TROPHY ELK HUNTS
September 15 - Mid-November
The bulls are bugling when elk hunting season opens in September,
and we can usually count on snow for good hunting later in the
season. With 158 square miles of wilderness to explore in units
12 and 17, our hunters have plenty of room and an excellent
chance of seeing elk. Most of the bulls taken have had five or
six points on both sides.

On the main ridge between the Snake and Salmon Rivers, the deer population is exceptional. Hunts for the big bucks are from stands, drives and stalking. 5 days of actual hunting. Price includes caping of trophy. All deer hunts are on private ranches for our clients.

5 AND 7-DAY LION HUNTS W/HOUNDS

Big toms inhabit our rugged hunting country in the Salmon River (Hell's Canyon Recreation Area) and Snake River drainages. Our lion hunts are from four-wheel drives, snowmobiles, and on foot. Although the best hunting is on snow, we catch about one-third of our lion on bare ground. The hunts are running 80% success.

GENERAL INFORMATION
. On all our guided hunts we furnish tent camps, meals, a cook, horses, pack stock and packers, and at least one guide for every two hunters.
. For pack-in trips, we'll provide transportation to and from the airport in Lewiston Idaho) at a cost of $25 per person. (See separate prices for fly-in trips.)
. All hunts are subject to Idaho's 5% sales tax.
. A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required for all hunts.
. No personal checks are accepted on balance of payment, due 30 days prior to arrival.
. A 3% Forest Service fee is required for elk hunts and summer trips.
LICENSES AND TAGS
Hunting licenses and tags are sold on a first come, first-served basis, so they should be purchased by no later than March 1. Send your name, address, social security number, sex, weight, height, and date of birth to Tim Craig, Boulder Creek Outfitters, P.O. Box 119, Peck, Idaho 83545.

BOULDER CREEK BASE CAMP is on the Lochsa River, 26 miles east of Lowell, Idaho and 95 miles west of Missoula, Montana on Highway 12. Take Highway 12 to the Wilderness Gateway Campgrounds in between mileposts 122 and 123.
WHITE BIRD BASE CAMP is 21 miles south of Grangeville, Idaho, 6 miles west off Highway 95. Take I-Highway 95, and turn on Pittsburgh Landing Road at the Boulder Creek Outfitters sign.
