Turkey Pilaf 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter I diced onion 2 cups rice, uncooked 5 cups chicken broth 4 cups chopped wild turkey, diced Salt and pepper to taste 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Saute onion in large saucepan with melted butter. Add rice. Add broth, turkey, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and then reduce heat to simmer. Cover and cook 30 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese before serving. Serves 6
