Roast Wild Turkey 1 turkey Butter 1 can chicken broth Garlic salt 5 chicken bouillon cubes Onion salt 1 cup water Black pepper Garlic powder, sprinkle Paprika 2 Tbsp. margarine 1 package stuffing Preheat oven to 275 degrees. Wash and dry turkey completely. Rub turkey vigorously with butter. Sprinkle garlic salt, onion salt, black pepper and paprika inside and out. Prepare stuffing according to package directions. Stuff the turkey with prepared stuffing. Cover with aluminum foil and set aside. Place turkey on roasting pan breast up. Add stock, chicken broth, baleen cubes and water to roasting pan. Sprinkle breast of bird with garlic powder and paprika. Place butter on top of breast for basting. Cook younger birds 3-4 hours and older birds as long as 7 hours. Baste every 1/2 hour with liquid from bottom of pan. Serves 6
