VENISON CHILI 3 pounds ground venison 1 1/4 tsp Tabasco sauce 2 TB chili powder 1 TB Cumin 1 tsp Cayenne pepper 2 cans tomato sauce 5 cloves garlic 1 tsp salt 6 large onions 4 large green peppers 8 red peppers 5 chili peppers 1 can red kidney beans 1 can white beans Brown venison, green peppers and onions in large heavy skillet. Add all ingredients except beans and simmer 45 minutes. Add beans with juice and simmer 15 minutes more.
