1200 Acres, Privately Owned, Prime Marsh and Woodland Habitat
in Lower Dorchester County, Maryland

Sika deer hunting is nothing like hunting whitetail deer. Sika's looks, size, sounds and habits in their unique habitat are not what most hunters are used to or expect.

Sika deer, a member of the Elk family, were released on James Island in Maryland almost 100 years ago and have taken up residence in the salt marshes and woodlands of lower Dorchester County.

The Sika deer's popularity as a trophy species hunted in the wild has become a new and exciting challenge for the deer hunter. An added challenge to the hunt is the possibility of taking a State Record. A rack of over 13 inches tall will qualify for Blue Ribbon consideration in most Sika contests.

Twin Willows Farm overlooks the Chesapeake Bay. Accommodations are in two air conditioned, modernly equipped homes with full kitchens, laundry facilities and a screened pool.

The Farm plants over 100 acres of corn, soybean, clover and milo to create strategic food plots for the wildlife. Baiting is a legal method of deer hunting in this area, which helps increase your odds.

Our caretaker and guides have worked with us on this land for over 37 years and are familiar with our 75 permanent deer stands. Many of these stands are at strategic choke points where the deer cross dikes to access the farm. Portable stands can be utilized to outsmart the wary trophy bucks.

Twin Willow Farm looks forward to making this Sika deer hunt your most exciting and memorable hunt.
