Working with carefully selected
northern partners, we offer
a limited number of highest quality hunts annually. Under this
policy, for the past five seasons, success has been extremely
high. With a limited operation, in three different areas, we are able to
provide more direct personal involvement.
These hunts are rough, cold and strenuous...that is what makes
it one of the world's hunting highlights. Proper expedition
type clothing, modern equipment, skilled local Inuit Guides
and management by the Webb team, goes a long way to make it
safe, enjoyable and successful.
Hunts from Kugluktuk and other Central Arctic communities start in early March. Hunts in the Eastern Arctic fall
between mid March and mid May annually.
Trips are of two weeks duration and include pre-arrangement
for licence and tags, transportation to hunting area usually
by snowmobile sled, hunting with dog team. At least two and
sometimes three guides in support of one hunter. Camps or heated
tents, food, communications with base, trophy handling.
